Food prices in Crimea, season 2018

Many, thinking about a vacation in Crimea, worry that everything is expensive there. This is not true. Of course, if you want to eat in restaurants and ride a taxi, then it will be unprofitable. But you can relax and quite budget.

I decided to prepare a review of food prices in different cities. We often travel, while not spending any sky-high sums.

In Crimea, there are a lot of dining rooms and cafes with low prices and homemade food. I’ll tell you about some places.

In Kerch, we lived next to the Norma dining room, went there for breakfast. Milk rice porridge - 37 rubles, borscht - 35, cottage cheese casserole - 55 rubles. Very tasty, large portions, I barely ate porridge.

In Koktebel at the beginning of the promenade is the dining room "Food". In fact, this is a whole network of canteens, then we saw these in other cities. Clean, comfortable room with sea views, low prices.

The food is all fresh. Of the shortcomings - the lack of cereals in the menu.

Without any frills, but there is no purpose to surprise with an unusual presentation.

The assortment is quite sufficient.

We took this for three, we could not eat everything, then we finished eating samsa for a walk. Late breakfast cost 375 rubles. Someone will be outraged by the lack of croissants with lobsters and the usual sandwiches with red caviar, each has its own tastes and wallet.

There is breakfast for one. Boiled rice, meatballs, bread, beets, drink - 140 rubles.

In the evenings, we went to the Armenians on a barbecue at the end of the embankment. I don’t remember the exact prices; I remember that I had to buy the wine ourselves. Wine prices in a small shop.

Here is another shelf. Cheaper than in Moscow, one and a half times. There will also be a separate report about the winery in Koktebel, where I really like it.

We also ate in the dining-cafe "Summer" opposite the bus station. Dinner for three rubles for 400. Tasty, the atmosphere is completely unsteady, the hostess herself goes for groceries.

Another dining room on the site of the Soviet canteen "Vostok". Everything was redone there, but the profile remained. They didn’t take anything, just took a picture of a shop window.

In the New World, prices are higher, while the quality is worse, but edible.

However, the "New World" has always been a rather expensive place. Even among the dining rooms.

In Sevastopol, you must definitely go to the "Varenichnaya", very tasty, cozy, satisfying. At the same time inexpensive.

I’m not going to convince couch critics that I need to break away from oysters and go to cafeterias, or turn over fans of Turkish and Egyptian olinclusives.
