EDIFICE EQB-900D-1A: dynamic style and advanced technology

CASIO presents the high-precision EDIFICE watch, which combines a dynamic style and advanced technology.

The design, ergonomics and functionality of the new EQB-900 are inspired by motorsport. A dynamic sporty look is provided by clean lines of the case, large indexes and additional dials reminiscent of the dashboard of a racing car. In particular, the retrograde dial, located at the nine-hour mark, displays data 1/20 second for the stopwatch, information about the connection with the smartphone and the battery charge level.

Of the functions of the watch, it is important to note the heavy-duty LED backlight located at the indices of 6 and 7 hours, the time is easily readable both day and night.

The second feature is a lightweight, compact configuration. Of all the EDIFICE models synchronized with the smartphone, the EQB-900 are the smallest in both width and thickness of the case. The diameter of the model is 2.3 mm smaller, 2.1 mm thinner and about 25% lighter than the EQB-500D, the first EDIFICE model with a synchronization function with a smartphone.

Despite its smaller size, the chronograph dial looks impressive and attractive.

The EQB-900 model, like its predecessors, is automatically connected via a smartphone four times a day to the Exact Time System for
Daylight saving time (DST) and time zone adjustments. World time function allows using special
Applications select from more than 300 cities and set the appropriate time display.

Another feature that deserves special attention, the Tough Solar Power System (Solar Charge System), provides
long-term use of the watch without the need for a cable or battery replacement.
