The wild and beautiful beaches of Hawaii through the eyes of Jason Wright

Expressive, spectacular Hawaiian landscapes performed by Jason Wright are completely different from the usual "glossy" images of these beautiful islands. Instead of showing paradise sandy beaches, palm trees and amazing azure waves, Wright emphasizes the cruelty and unbridledness of those places where land meets the ocean. Born and raised in Hawaii, the photographer shows these idyllic places on the covers of tourist avenues in ways that ordinary tourists are not used to seeing. As a professional surfer, Jason knows how furious and indomitable the ocean can be.

To make each of these perfect shots, the American sometimes has to wait for months. Too many factors must converge for Wright to get the shot he was dreaming of. Going to the shooting, he examines the position of the sun or moon to understand how the water will look in the composition he conceived. He shoots in extremely low light, preferring night time or sunset.
