An amazing sculpture of a giant raindrop on a person’s face appeared in Kiev

Incredibly hot summers and very cold winters are common in Ukraine, but regardless of the season and weather, it always rains for this sculpture. The 6-meter statue of bronze and glass is located in Kiev and is called the Rain. It was created by Ukrainian artist Nazar Bilyk. The work can be interpreted in different ways, but, as the author himself explains, the main meaning of his creation lies in the interaction of man with various elements.

“It is mainly devoted to the person’s internal dialogue with himself,” the artist says. “She expresses a person who is in search of feelings and has not answered his questions. That's why a person keeps his head up. A drop of rain is a symbol of dialogue that connects a person with a whole variety of life forms. "
