American photographer took a photo of white sharks, from which the blood freezes

American marine biologist Chris Perkins, keen on photography and one of the worst killers on our planet, white sharks, decided to combine both his passions in a series of chilling pictures.

Since 2012, Perkins, 25, has been with the Shark Bay Research Trust. He has been studying the life of these fearless predators for a long time, so he began to treat them primarily as amazing living creatures worthy of admiration and respect.

To make these stunning "portraits", the American went to the small fishing village of Gansby, located near Cape Town, the capital of South Africa. It is here, in the waters of the Atlantic Ocean, great white sharks live.

The results of this most dangerous undertaking are simply amazing; it’s absolutely impossible to look at pictures without a sinking heart and awe!
