The largest sand sculpture festival impresses with its incredible creations
The Belgian city of Ostend, located on the shores of the North Sea, is known not only as a world-famous resort, but also as a place where every year the world's largest festival of sand sculptures is held. It was here, on the beach 30 kilometers from Bruges, that breathtaking event took place this summer.
In total, about 150 sand sculptures can be seen on the chic Belgian coast.
The theme of the current festival was Disney’s Magic Sandy World, but the masterpieces presented here depicted completely different characters.
The heroes of Marvel, Disney, Pixar, the characters of Star Wars, Thor, Zorro and other films delight their fans with amazing detail, scale and unique performance.
